Bear Wood was born from the pleasure I’ve taken in making wood-based utility items for my home and family, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.  The natural beauty and feel of real wood has a profound effect upon my senses, and as I dive into the woodwork and creative process, I anticipate the moments in which I lose myself, to re-find myself, in the company of functional works of art.  And it is in that time where my imagination and diligence converge, that I aspire to produce unique, high quality pieces, that will add notable contrast to typically strict linear décors, completely changing the feel of small humble rooms to large elegant spaces.
